Occupancy

  • Strictly 2 person ADULTS ONLY accommodation. No infants or children allowed.

  • Only guests on booking allowed on site.

  • There are No Exceptions.

Pets Policy

STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED

  • Sorry, we know how pets are like family however this restriction is in place due to the

    high level biosecurity risks involved, and for the protection of livestock, native fauna and your pet.

Booking Flexibility & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to make the process as easy as possible.

Please refer to the information below regarding our change of date and cancellation timeframes and fees.

Change of Date

  •     You're welcome to change your booking dates free of charge up to 21 days

    before check-in subject to availability.

  • Applicable difference in the nightly rate will be applied if dates are changed. 

  •     Changes made within 21 days of arrival will be treated as a cancellation, and the full room charge will apply.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 21 days prior to arrival are fully refundable minus a $25 admin fee.

  • Non refundable if cancelled within 21 days of your check-in date.

Additional info

  • For bookings made more than 14 days before check-in, we allow a 24-hour change of mind/cancellation, or amendment less a $25 administration fee.

  • If your stay is cut short for any reason, we do not to offer a refund for early departures, or any unused nights.

Silos Golden Signature Ballooning Package

Timing
Flights commence approximately 30 minutes before sunrise. Exact timing varies seasonally and with weather conditions.

Flight Duration
Approximately 1 hour in the air, with a total experience time of 3–4 hours.

Availability
Weekday sunrise flights only Monday to Friday for min 2 night booking with a check in day from Sunday through Thursday.

Weekend flights can be booked directly through Goldrush ballooning and launch from Temora.

Adverse Weather

Goldrush Ballooning pilots are watching the weather 3-4 days ahead of your flight and will do their best to advise you in advance if they see a weather forecast that may preclude a flight. We fly all year round, however some conditions such as rain, fog or difficult winds are unsuitable for ballooning. Occasionally when conditions dictate we will cancel a flight.

We understand that it is disappointing if your flight is cancelled. Please be aware that we make this decision for reasons of safety and enjoyment of your flight, as it is our company policy to always put safety first.

 If your flight is cancelled due to unsuitable weather you will be given the option to rebook for another day or receive a refund (full price tickets only) in accordance with goldrush ballooning Terms & Conditions.

The accommodation portion of this package is not refundable under the above circumstances.
